Job Description<\/th>\nProvide support for obtaining international environmental certifications such as LEED and WELL for a wide range of clients, including building owners, tenant companies, architectural design firms, construction companies, municipal governments, universities, financial institutions, and real estate funds.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Work locations<\/th>\n1) Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo \u00a0 2) Kita-ku, Osaka \u00a0 3) Kosai city, Shizuoka

Working hours<\/th>\nFlexible 8-hour workday with core hours from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Desired skills and expertise<\/th>\n– Approximately three or more years of professional experience in architectural design or construction management, including building architecture and building services\/equipment.
\n– Basic proficiency in English reading and writing, with an emphasis on grammar (equivalent to TOEIC 700+).
\n– PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\n– Holders of relevant professional qualifications are highly welcomed, such as:
\nFirst-Class Architect, First-Class Building Services Architect, Professional Engineer (P.E.), Building Services Engineer, Energy Manager, First-Class Construction Management Engineer, CCMJ, LCA Expert, or equivalent certifications.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
