This successful recertification marks a significant upgrade to the <strong>Platinum<\/strong> level.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note:<\/em><br \/>\nLEED\u00ae rating systems that evaluate <em>design<\/em>, such as BD+C, are assessed only once at the time of new construction.
