Village (Wako, Saitama Prefecture), for which Woonerf Inc. provided consulting support, received the <em>2024 LEED Homes Awards<\/em>, recognizing global leadership in the sustainable housing market.<br \/>\nThe awards are given to LEED\u00ae-certified residential projects (single-family and multifamily) worldwide, including the United States, Asia, Europe, and South America.<\/p>\n<p>Suzumori Village (LEED\u00ae Gold certified in August 2023) is a low-rise rental housing complex that was built to \u00a0enhance the overall value of the community.<br \/>\nThe goal is to achieve a high level of environmentally symbiotic housing complexes by working to conserve energy and reduce carbon dioxide emissions at all stages from construction to
