Woonerf obtained Gold certification in December 2022 for LEED v4.1 O+M (Building Operations and Maintenance; existing building version) by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

LEED for Existing Buildings uses a relative evaluation system with buildings worldwide using a web-based digital platform called “Arc” to determine certification levels.

Woonerf’s main business is LEED certification acquisition consulting services, and through this certification, we plan to visualize and publicly announce the performance of our own office to further provide consulting services at a higher level.
