Since its establishment in February 2021, Arc Japan has been supporting and promoting the adoption and dissemination of Arc, and has been registering Japanese projects on the database while acquiring a certain number of users. We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a webinar as follows.
Arc is a global platform that enables the collection of data, progress management, benchmark evaluation, impact measurement, and performance improvement to manage the sustainability of buildings and places. Even after the establishment of Arc Japan, Arc continues to evolve, and we have implemented Japanese language support as well as new features such as advanced scoring and physical risk evaluation due to climate change. We will also introduce these new features during the webinar.
We hope to share information on Arc and the recent trends in building environmental performance evaluation, and contribute to the efforts of all real estate operators to decarbonize.

We will introduce the spread of Arc and the newly added features in Japan, as well as the GRESB score that can be obtained by using Arc. We will also explain how renewable energy is evaluated in Arc and provide a deeper understanding of scoring.
