In May 2023, Woonerf Inc. became the first company in Japan to be accredited as a BREEAM International New Construction assessor by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) of the United Kingdom.

This certification system, which was developed in 1990, called BREEAM from the initials of the organization name (BRE) and the system name Environmental Assessment Method (EAM), is the world’s most historic building environmental certification system.

Our company owns several BREEAM assessors and BREEAM APs who provide consulting services for BREEAM projects.In addition to consulting services for LEED, WELL, SITES, and other certifications, we have also provided consulting services for BREEAM certification. From now on, we will also offer services as a Licensed Assessor Organisation for BREEAM International New Construction certification in preparation for certification by BRE Global.
