Announcement: Suzumori Village, Saitama Prefecture Receives 2024 LEED Homes Award
In July 2024, Suzumori Village (Wako, Saitama Prefecture), for which Woonerf Inc. provided consulting support, received the 2024 LEED Homes Awards, recognizing global leadership in the sustainable housing market.
The awards are given to LEED®-certified residential projects (single-family and multifamily) worldwide, including the United States, Asia, Europe, and South America.
Suzumori Village (LEED® Gold certified in August 2023) is a low-rise rental housing complex that was built to enhance the overall value of the community.
The goal is to achieve a high level of environmentally symbiotic housing complexes by working to conserve energy and reduce carbon dioxide emissions at all stages from construction to post-occupancy.
