| Job Description | 1) Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for Building and Urban Development Projects Conduct LCA evaluations aligned with environmental certification frameworks such as LEED. Perform LCA analyses for non-certification projects and develop proposals to reduce environmental impacts. Tools used: One Click LCA, J-CAT, EC3. 2) LCA Calculations for Building Materials and Equipment, and Support for Obtaining EPDs (Environmental Product Declarations) Carry out LCA assessments for construction materials, building systems, and equipment.
