In February 2022, Woonerf was approved to sign the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and join the Global Compact Network Japan (GCNJ). Woonerf endorses the ten principles of the UNGC, which include the protection of human rights, the elimination of unfair labor practices, environmental responsibility, and the prevention of corruption, and will continue to contribute to developing a sustainable society by making efforts to realize its commitments.
We are also an officially recognized participant in the Initiative's Target Gender Equality (TGE), and we regularly monitor our level of achievement. We also actively participate in the UN Global Compact Climate Ambition Accelerator program (CAA).
